Cough Cough Cough - walked throuh Ribbleton Park today along the back of Thompson Buildbase They were burning rubbish - must have been plastic - THICK BLACK CHOKING ACCRID SMOKE. Its a smokeless zone, it's in a residential area AND they shouldn't be burning 5hite like this anyway !! Second time this week. and they've don it before LOTS of times. It's set off my daughter's asthma.
