  Going to David Ball Motors to fix my vehicle was pretty much like me having a magic lamp, telling the Genie my wish to get the car restored to the feel of brand new and getting it granted. The professionalism, effectiveness and speed with which my problems were resolved was absolutely amazing, especially considering the joke of an insurance company whose authorised garage and even the vehicle manufacturer's approved garage, both took an entire two months and still weren't able to figure out what the problem was. A visit to David Ball Motors required just under 2hours to figure out the issue and sort out the problem. Car was back and in spanking new condition in a day!! Also the transparency/honesty from David Ball and pricing are just incredible. 100% would recommend them and perhaps insurers should look into taking them onboard or at least get them to train their lot on how to do the job right!
