  Although the item I wanted was not available in my size,the ladies tried everything they could to get it for me. Technology was our only downfall. It was not listed in any size online, though there were many sizes in stock.

  Typically pleasant small M&S, although the food hall isn't as well stocked as their stores of a comparable size. Still a delight to walk around, though.

  My partner and I went to the Deepdale store to buy some baby grows. We were unable to use the conveniently place escalator as we had our little one in her pram. We then made our way to the poorly signed lift which was located at the very rear of the store. This required us to work our way through the checkout queues of the food hall. Once on the first floor I pointed out the obvious inconvience of placing infants clothing on the first floor with the current access arrangement. The staff members nodded in agreement and stated it was probably deliberated to get customers to view the food items. This was really the explanation I was expecting and not very customer focused. I know you won't be bothered but I won't attend this store again.
