  Mercedes make fantastic cars but seem to really struggle with customer services. My E class has been into the workshop for a number of weeks due to warranty faults but the feedback from the dealership is nonchalant and frosty. Very matter of fact, not always helpful and certainly not empathetic to the inconvenience of breakdowns and the poor work of their team. Poor process and scripts seemingly got in the way of common sense and putting the customer first. I don't feel like I have bought into a premium brand with the service I've received. The Preston and Reading Mercedes dealerships have really put me off having another Benz.

  Today I finally picked up my car from Mercedes Benz of Preston, which has been in for 5 weeks for a double clutch and other things. I would firstly like to thank Charlotte, Karl, and Warren the service team manger for all their help and support and excellent communication throughout the process. The time and care that they took with my car was second to none, they truly excelled themselves. Well done to Mercedes Benz Preston, I cannot thank them enough and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. WELL DONE THE SERVICE TEAM.!!! Mike.
