Toyota followed up an enquiry late Saturday evening, with a very pleasant and informative call on Sunday from one of their employees Tara. I was encouraged by accurate directions and found disabled parking access right outside the Vantage Toyota showroom. Inside it was immaculate by several members of staff acknowledging our presence but not being over pushy. A colleague found Tara who sat us done, offered refreshments, and provided us with information about the Motability scheme and the Two vehicles I am interested in. I will return next week to test drive and hopefully progress in purchasing a Yaris or Auris. Heartily recommended.
