A worker came to me to ask if i need help and i was amazed of his customer service. I don't quite remember his name but he was Scottish.I think this worker needs to get a bonus for his customer service skills. If i met the manager i would have told him the amazing customer service this kind gentleman had. Forget B&Q... Wickes is the place to go. 10 OUT OF 10 for customer service.
